My ex girlfriend broke up with me because she said I wasn’t a good boyfriend. She said I was weak and needy and broke up with me.
I think she has BPD because she broke up with me.

I think she still loves me though because I looked at her Facebook page and she had put up a new profile pic. I think this was a secret message to me.
I’ve been calling and texting her and she keeps telling me to stop and leave her alone. I think this is a sign of the BPD.

Also when I looked at her twitter and insta pages she had also put up a lot of new content and I think this is because she knows that I’m looking at it. She blocked me when she found out but I think she knows I made new fake accounts to check her accounts.

I’m really angry and can’t forgive her for dumping me like that but I know it’s only because she has BPD.

I’m thinking about writing her a letter and taking it to her workplace with flowers.

What should I do. Try to help her through with her BPD?

sodesperate,
I'm really sorry for the pain you are in right now.

You mentioned that you suspect BPD because of the behavior you have witnessed since the break up.  Did you see indications before the break up?

I found the link below to be helpful in helping me understand what behaviors might indicate and be common to BPD, which got me started on learning how to deal with them effectively.  Can you see some of these behaviors in your girlfriend pre and post break up?  Which ones?
