Well, here I am. I am the spouse of a partner with BPD. He hasn't been 'officially' diagnosed, but it is where my journey for some understanding of his 'differences' has led me. I have had some counselling, but know not where this journey will take us. He is unaware of 'my' diagnosis, for a number of reasons. What am I seeking here, support, understanding and some strategies to see us through the madness.

Hello Showpony! Welcome! Welcome new member (click to insert in post)

You have come to the right place. The members here not only understand what you're going through, but have experience, advice and tools that can help you make your relationship (and yourself) healthier. I'd encourage you to check out the Tools tab at the top of the page and engage in other threads on this board. Please ask questions. People here will be happy to help.

If you could pinpoint one aspect of your relationship that you most want to improve, what would it be? We don't want to pry, but the more details you can give, the more we can understand the dynamic and how best to help.
