Hi there,

Everyone has things that are the most important to them. In this monthly cycle of his, it got worse than usual... .pinning me in a corner, I was crying my heart out and starting to have a panic attack... I hit his face to try and get away... .he tore my heart out with the things he said and it unvalidated all the good things that he does and says to me on all the other days... .

We just bought our dream home ( a ranch in AZ) I just got baby chicks yesterday, and a new horse is on it's way... .
sucky time to end the relationship, but like I said, my line was crossed and I don't know how to trust what he tells me in the future or resolve what he took from me today.

I  guessing that he being physical was the line, and I'd also like to ask,  are you safe? What do you think triggered his aggression? Do you have a place to go (if need be) or friends for support?
