Just want to say I'm so glad Mother's Day is done. I'm so grateful for the support and understanding I've found here. It makes the process of healing so much easier and helps me feel like that it's worth it to keep going.

Yeah Mother's Day can be a really tough day for us children of a disordered mother.
I am glad you participating here is helping you in the healing process. It's definitely worth it to keep going, you are worth it

I share you sentiments, father's day is clearly far more important (16 June) and less stressful. Well unless your father is a president and named you after his favourite jewellery store and then ignores you, or something.
