I registered on your site because of your article:
https://bpdfamily.com/content/was-part-your-childhood-deprived-emotional-incest

In the article I recognised much of my situation and I want to share experiences but ...your website and community is solely about BPD, which is not relevant in my situation.
I feel somewhat mislead and see no good reason to share in your community, which is a pity. My search goes on.

Hi Fatael,

Welcome to our site  Welcome new member (click to insert in post) Yes, this site focuses on BPD/BPD Traits.  I'm here because I googled "chronic lying" when it came to Partner's ex-wife and found others that have seen the same behaviors with people in their lives.

My Partner's ex wife is not diagnosed with BPD but does show BPD Traits...behaviors.  I have been able to talk about those behaviors here, share my feelings, and even do some of my own self-exploration.

What I'm getting at is that I think you could share a discussion about enmeshment/emotional incest and you would have many people here that have experienced the same who could share their situations, what helped them break free, what that process was like, what helped to improve the situation etc.  My step-daughters both experienced this with their mom.

Are you the person experiencing this or is it someone else in your life?
