I'm a sister of a brother whose wife has ubpd traits. I have no experience of a bpd/npd relationship. His secrecy coupled with her highly covert behaviour and enabling parents prevents me from having a clear view of the extent and nature of the abusive behaviour in the relationship. The scarcity of information and passage of time has a tendency to lead me into complacency. This video reminded me that time is of the essence if you have a conscience and don't want to see your loved one's mental/physical health irreparably damaged. Prevention is better than cure.

It's tough for a sister to have to seek out this information.
