Needing encouragement

Hello,
My husband and I have had a very rocky relationship from the start. We have two little girls and have been married 11 years. We started therapy 2 years ago and he was diagnosed with ADD and then PTSD. After I started reading a book called "Stop Walking on Eggshells," it seems he has many traits of BPD as well. He did EMDR and it has been helpful, but I can't get him to keep up with his counseling on a regular basis.
Anyways, I'm tired and overwhelmed and need to figure out how to deal with all this if we plan to make our marriage last. I've wanted to give up so many times, but can't for the sake of our girls. I need to learn how to respond to all his false accusations.
I should add that I homeschool my girls and one has PANS, so that adds to my daily stress dealing with her defiant behavior on a daily basis.

Hello and welcome, Tiredmomma!
I'm so sorry you find yourself in this situation. But you've landed in a safe place. We're a supportive community here and we "get" what you're going through.
I hope when you feel like it you'll share a bit more about your situation. (Details help us see how best to help you.) for instance, what behaviors are causing the most trouble right now? What sorts of false accusations is he making?
In the meantime, I hope you'll read (and post -- you never know when you might help someone else) around the boards and the educational materials. There's a wealth of information here that has helped so many of us -- including yours truly.
Again, welcome to the family!
