Hi I'm new here. My husband has cptsd and bpd tendencies especially when triggered. He hasn't been officially diagnosed with bpd. His mom most certainly has it, they aren't close. When triggered he seems to think of me like his mom. I'm New to understanding all the bpd stuff and have certainly not handled his triggered moments well. We both have been seeking therapy, both together and individually. I can see how we can make this marriage work and continue, but it is tough and lonely many times.

If you can see how to make your marriage work, and there is a possible path, that is already better than a lot of couples!

Hi and welcome.  You are in the right place for support while trying to improve your marriage!  Glad to have you.

What sort of behaviors does you husband display and how do you respond?  What sort of things are you working on in therapy?

I hope you share more.

Again, Welcome
