My husband suffers from BPD o have been with him for 8 years now. It’s been rocky I get kicked out every year. I just started to read about his BPD and I feel horrible now . I really felt he was just raised so PLEASE READy that he needed to be taught how to live normal. No I know that was not very helpful. I know now he doesn’t mean it at all . But it still hurts when he goes on to rage . I will never give up on him . I’m not a quitter. Just need a good support team to help guid me threw . Hanging in there till he chooses treatment.

Hello, :Srlanson Welcome

If you have been in a relationship 8 years without knowing about BPD, you are already a champion, and you must have been doing intuitivelly many things right. It does get lonely, and it helps to know there are other people like you, thousands. You can tell your story and we would get it, and we won't judge you.

When you start to know about it, things start falling into place, and to make sense. It's a relief, and a new hope starts.

Is he aware he needs help? Will he be open to go to therapy? Has he been diagnosed?

Do you have a support circle close to you? What do you do to take care of yourself and stay strong?

I hope you find here the information and support that you need.
