Hi all,
My wife is more or less undiagnosed bp. Lately things getting worse. I've been trying to handle it but I'm not. Her behaviour has morphed into moody, tired, irritable at the best of times and the worst is pretty bad. She is always attacking or provoking me, and sabotaging any effort I make to improve things. This morning I took the bait over a school communication that I fumbled... I lost it. We are now in a bad place.

Any advice on what next?

I'm felling very fragile now. Trying to hold it in but also there is an urge to walk in the other room now and unload. I won't but I don't know if I can hold it together if she provokes again.

Really no idea what now. She will at some point suggest breaking up (standard action in disputes that are bad enough or that she can't win). I want things to be fixed but right now I'm at the point of self-preservation and if she packs to leave I won't stop her.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
