What type of programs have worked for BPD

So since my last post my adult BPD daughter took too many anxiety pills and told her friend who called 911 and so the police and ambulance showed up at our house.  She was acting fine but, they had to take her to the hospital.  I know it is a cry for help.  She had a boyfriend dump her which had sent her on a downward spiral again.  She wants to move out and at this point I am all for it.  I am a wreck. She says she needs more help.  She sees a therapist weekly. I saw that there is a local DBT Skills Classes that are taught locally.  Has anyone taken the classes along with therapy and did it help? 

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Yes, my DD has engaged in DBT skills group and therapy, you could call her a DBT groupie.
- 2016 one year, of both skills group and therapy weekly
- 2018 five months of weekly skills group
- July 2018 to date, weekly therapy session with a very experienced multi disciplined therapist. This is coming to an end soon ...

I'm so sorry, I've been there too, have written word for word in a previous post years ago.

How did your DD come by her present therapist? Has DBT ever been suggested to your DD? That your DD says she needs more help sounds promising as there is help out there and that is exactly what I said to my DD when she hit crisis in 2015.

Thanks for your reply.  She came by her current therapist as a referral from the psychiatrist she sees. I  Unfortunately, I have come to realize that she has been lying  to her dad and I.  There is also drug and alcohol abuse.  While I knew she had relapsed on the alcohol I believed her when she said she has not done coke in months.  She is now in a 72 hour psych hold. I feel like I am on the show addicted, uggh! I know she wants to go to a program after release because she has told her sister this and not her dad and I.  She had a great job that I am sure will end because of this and she turns 26 in a couple months which means she can not stay on my insurance. Also, she is on our car insurance and had wreck as i mentioned in an earlier post.  We are afraid of the liability to us if she hurts/kills someone and want her off the insurance. With no job she won't be able to pay for the insurance because of her driving record.  I am a wreck now myself.  I told my husband I don't want her living here because all we do is fight and she blames us for everything. My fear is that if we don't support her she will succeed at committing suicide. I feel sick.
