Does anyone know where to start with finding an online therapist for me? Or has an online therapist they could recommend.

if you do a google search the top couple of sites with pop up.
TalkSpace would be on any google list. I used that one for a while. like anything it had pro's and cons. the big pro was I could message any time I wanted. it was a little harder to develop a rapport with someone I had never met.
what language are you looking to communicate in?

Talk Therapy is out of my budget for now... was it useful...if so I could use my English bank account savings.

So that was an interesting session today,
She asked me to explain what happened, how he left etc
She stopped me part way through and said it sounds like he has depersonification or borderline personality. Definitely he has a personality disorder.
He is non diagnosed and this felt like a perfect A-ha validation moment for me.
