Welcome new member (click to insert in post) I have not been to visit the bpd family here for awhile. When I do, I always say Thank-You Very Much! Wisdom is power when dealing with all the Cluster B's. This latest one by the ex BPD has me stumped though. I have been watching her age-old  relationship antics on social media now that I am totally healed. She just became involved with a new one and sent a Happy Birthday to an old ex from years ago, and it wasn't even his Birthday! Strange, that a BPD would send him a happy birthday, after not sending one for quite a while, especially right during a hook-up with a new one. Like I said, it wasn't even the guys birthday! Frustrated/Unfortunate (click to insert in post)  I think that they become dysregulated when getting too close to a new one. What do you think?
