Nothing goes well, it's like nothing works

I just made this topic to see if anyone else feels related or had similar experience?

There are times that my relationship is great! And there are times that it's awful... It seems like things can go well up to an extent like 60-50%, and yet I can't do anything right. I trigger him, I say words that trigger him, he doesn't enjoy intimacy, seems like I don't know him at all and he feels that way. I know a part of it is due to the nature of BPD, but I actually feel that I'm doing more wrong stuff, and I make mistakes more regularly. Like I do things that I wouldn't do normally when everything was fine. I don't know if it's only me.
