I'm finally ending a 3+ year relationship, and continued with individual therapy with our couples counselor. The therapist told me she would diagnose him with BPD and my mind has been blown. He has, and I experienced, EVERY SINGLE diagnostic criteria. I'm finding myself going down the rabbit hole, and this looked like a good place to see what others have done to heal and to ensure a complete break.

Well, welcome to the fam first and foremost.  Welcome new member (click to insert in post)

Second, what I would recommend is to take some time and checkout our Tools and Skills Workshops...

https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?board=36.0

and also our Psychology Questions and Answers Database

https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?board=45.0

Please continue to share and engage with the community at large. Ask as many as questions as you need to and share as much as you want to.

In the meantime please be kind to you and please take care of yourself.

Cheers and Best Wishes!

Thank you thank you, SC. I realized this morning that I almost miss the rush of his "You know I love you, you're everything...." the day after a horrible episode. I knew I needed to come to this board instead. I will read the tools.
