Honestly, read this book. I promise this book is the ONLY way I have made it through the last 7 days after a break-up, without totally breaking down.

Throughout my relationship, I lost myself. Devaluated myself, and lost all sense of what I thought I knew to be 'right' or reality. I though I was the crazy one.

This booked helped me regain some of my power back, and totally make sense of what had just happened to me (as if this book had been a fly on the wall (the wall being my life) for the past two years!)
