Today, a news story. Obese people are going to get their benefits taken away if they dont loose weight.

Why dont they say pwBPD cant get benefits unless they do some sort of therapy. I know you could say that well if they dont interact with the therapy it does not work but isnt it worth a go.

If they attended they would have to listen at least. When my dd was in and out of hospital taking ODs etc they should of said if you do that again,( say after the third time) You will have to stay in hospital for 6 months and have an intensive course of MBT or whatever is good. Instead they just offered it to her and she said no.

These people need to be told what to do.

Anyway thats never going to happen especially not in UK

Until someone threatens somebody else's safety or breaks the law, nobody will ever oblige him or her to do anything... .  

I agree that they really would need to be told: "Now, you do so, and when you'll feel better, you will do so... .  ".

It would be very helpful indeed!
