Should I tell her sister?

Today is Day 11 since I moved out.  My uBPDw has been pleading and begging me to comeback, and recently she admitted something was wrong with her.  She thinks its mostly depression, but admits problems with anger management, anxiety, and "wrong learned behavior."   She has stated that she would take medications and do "therapy until I die" if necessary.  She has made an appointment with a new therapist. 

Her sister is an MD and started her on anti-depressants.  The sister went on a long vacation with her several years ago, had a terrible time, and came back telling me that she was "walking on eggshells" the whole trip.  I am fairly close with her sister.

I want to tell the sister the diagnosis.  I also think it might be a huge mistake.

Is your wife diagnosed or are you referring to your own diagnoses? Do you have a close relationship with her sister?

My wife is undiagnosed.  I am close with her sister.
