Deposition today

[How to communicate after a contentious divorce...]

Today is a medical deposition(expert witness).One of my kids medical care staff will be here to give it at the stbx's atty office.I'm a bit nervous as this can make or break the case and stbx has been in contact with this person recently.I'm sure in order to manipulate the situation.

On the plus side,this person recommended to me before I filed, to seek custody.It's out of my hands,so I'm trying to just relax and calm myself.

Thank you lnl.I was there.Most was to my advantage,but some was to stbx's advantage.I had to have my atty bring up some questions as the medical care person got a few things wrong and got confused in some cases.We got it straightened out and on record by asking more questions.The court reporter told me at the end that he thought I did very well and came out ahead.

Stbx's lawyer was trying to make light of kiddos condition,but the medical care person said otherwise.I also found out that the school where stbx works,has broken federal law.

My documentation helped TREMENDOUSLY!Stbx didn't have ANY!
