I'm doing so well, it's scary

Since I have joined the site and have head and read so many simular stories, I have not cried a single day or felt the lonliness that almost consumed me before. I have learned so much in a few short days. It is just wonderful to know it really isn't me at all. I have begun to laugh and talk about it in a positive way, and to see it in a different light, something I've never ever been able to do. I just know that even though the isolation hurts, I will be able to handle it with the support of my friends here at the BPD site. The reading is so informative, but most of the time, I get more out of your replies and suggestions. I'm not sure who said,
"I just let the cycling spin around me and not straight through me" This is so profound I think it needs to be repeated. This really struck home with me.

That's really great, I totally understand as it has helped me greatly also to know we arn't alone here, that we arn't all the things we are told we are by our BPD. It's their problem and we are doing our best. What a relief it is!
