Scholarly Research Literature, BPD

It has been mentioned on these boards, the use of “scholarly research” in court.  But what are these, what would be the sources of the best, most succinct scholarly research literature that would/could be:

Accepted in court on the basis of credibility;

In a form that would be usable by an attorney;

Touches on and clearly explains BPD traits and the cloud of collateral damage that follows them, in particular, in the area of child rearing and co-parenting.

My list would start:

Splitting

Walking on Eggshells

Love & Loathing

Understanding the Borderline Mother

High Conflict People In Court

Article (explains my case) “Blackmailed into Fatherhood.”

I’ve read most of all of these, are there others?  I have not however “used” these or provided to my attorneys to use.  At a point in my post divorce situation where I may have to bite the bullet and go back to court to specifically address exuBPD/NPDs mental health.

I'm assuming folks are referring to secondary sources such as Law Review articles or other published journals.

Could be, anything from a source that would not be considered discredible by the courts.
