The subject matter pretty much sums it up. My anxiousness is in full swing. Between getting my daughter set up for homebound instruction, appointments with a new therapist just assigned to her, an appointment with a behavorial health aid just assigned to her, medical issues with my parents, trying to keep the love alive in my marriage (which I feel all falls on me too), my cup is running over. Squeezing in a dinner with a friend tonight and having to get myself to the doctor after month of having an issue and finally trying to fit myself in to my own schedule. Ugh! I think I need Xanax.

raytamtay3:  I found myself in this same position... .feeling completely overwhelmed.  I don't know if this will help but when I allow myself to get into this state of mind, I try to find a quiet place, pause, breath and allow myself to settle.  Then I make a list of the things I need to do and prioritize.  Then I drink lots of wine.

Hey Griz. Yeah, it does help. I dragged myself to the gym today and that helped a little. I think I may be depressed. I just feel like crying. I almost broke down at the darn gym today when someone asked me how everything was going.  :'(  Having myself a pitty party. This too shall pass... .thanks. And wine sounds really good.  While right now I just really feel like going home and going to bed, having the dinner plan with my friend tonight should help.  I think I may get myself a margaritta.  I do love her but she is always so doom and gloom. So not exactly the best person to be around when I'm already down. But maybe hearing her problems will make me feel better. I can focus on someone else for a change.

take care raytam

can you fit in a regular 5 min daily meditation practice? This should help you stay on an even keel.

When I feel like this I pare my schedule down to a minimalist list and take to walking to get energy from the universe while I am outside.

I find when I have a plan, then everything falls into place better.

cheers,

Vivek
