Back from the Edge

The video was created by the Borderline Personality Disorder Resource Center at New York-Presbyterian. It has US experts on BPD such as Marsha Lineham who is behind DBT therapy. It also features (from memory) 4 recovered adults who had BPD who describe their experiences and it includes Kiera Van Gelder, the author of the book, The Buddha and the Borderline. It also has a great explanation of how BPD works in the brain.

I recommend it.
