Today I'm just overwhelmed by the aftermath of being with and breaking up with my ex BPDgf. She came into my life, spun like a tornado, and now I'm left to deal while she moves on. She actually has a profile on a dating website (all the fluffy positive stuff about herself - the same mirage I fell for). At the same time, she keeps contacting me, says she thinks about me every day.
Angry. Sad.
Done, but still dealing. Trying hard to move on.
I'm starting therapy tomorrow.
