What are some good iphone apps for anything to help with this BPD craziness?

I mean anything from trying to improve a BPD relationship (... I'm really not interested in this category, though), to undecided (like recording phone calls of rants and rages for documentation purposes or re-evaluating purposes), to divorce categories.

"tape-a-call" seems to be a good app for the iphone as well as "decipher text" (for archiving text messages that are on one's iphone)

I think that a really good forum header category is one that should advise newcomers to this site (even if they are "undecided" or "trying to improve on the relationship" to consider certain appropriate cell phone (or ipad) apps to be downloaded onto their phone as one method to archive and document the shenanigans of their relative that has very peculiar behaviour, ... . this is just a thought.

There are some free mindfulness bell apps that sound a chime to remind you to be in the moment and stop ruminating about the past or worrying about the future... . seems like a VERY good idea for your non's phone.
