VIDEO: "What is parental alienation?" Parental alienation is when a parent allows a child to participate or hear them degrade the other parent. This is not uncommon in divorces and the children often adjust. In severe cases, however, it can be devastating to the child. This video provides a helpful overview.

- his dirty laundry on the floor  Laugh out loud (click to insert in post)

Yes, LOL! But seriously, I don't miss the tons of garbage I took to the city dump the weeks after she left (which she would never let me get rid of, because of indecisiveness). I don't miss the three big *sacks* of food well past it's date that I had to get rid off (that she claimed was really good to eat, but which we both knew she would never make a meal out of). I now have a clean house without little piles of papers, envelopes and small gadgets on every surface that made it impossible to clean the house for years. The laundary basket is empty because I have given her those things that had been lying there for five years plus (because she couldn't come up with a good way to wash the garment in question) so that she could do with it what she wish. The fridge doesn't smell any more, and the things in there are things are things you can eat.

She had ten years to solve those problems. Ten years since I pointed out that those things she does are not exactly functional.

Just had to get that off my chest.  Smiling (click to insert in post)
