guy4caligirl,
I know your hurting, remember that a few days ago you were asking if it could work out, was there hope? Break ups are hard under normal circumstances when dealing with a partner with BPD traits or behaviours it is amplified even more so.
It isnt healthy what we go through being devalued and destroyed emotionally.
How is it healthy for them to do this to us. Be angry that it hasnt worked out, be upset that those plans you had with her wont come to fruitian. Let out that anger but please dont call her evil, the devil or anything else that I have seen others do on here and I myself have done at times in the past. I look back with regret about some of the things I have said and I am not proud of how I have portraid my ex. I had those plans with her, that relationship had
meaning
and
value
to
me
. I wont devalue what it was to me anymore and if she chooses to that is her choice.
Let the anger out however be healthy with that outlet.
If we can start again here?
I just heard from my exBPDgf;
I am in shock because she said:
A
It isnt healthy for me to continue contact with her, there is no trust because of... .

I cant beleive I am still allowing myself to be hurt by her like this.
A
I am stunned, I am realing and my head is spinning at the moment. I cant understand this.
