Hi tommigirl

it is difficult and a very daunting time for you. If its any help I was at rock bottom. I had to live in a tent as I couldnt even afford rent. I am now back on my feet and apart from getting into another BPD relationship I am doing ok. Friends and family will be more understanding than you think. I know its difficult but dont be affraid to ask for help.

Until you know what you want to do I cant really give any advice. I just wanted you to know im here and understand what your going through.

When you open up on this site, people hear you, they will help talk through things with you and remind you of the things you need to do to take the best care of you that is possible.
