I am co-parenting with my ex who has many BPD traits as well as npd ones... .it's constantly stressful... .looking for support. :-/

Hi gr8mom,
It's optimistic to call it coparenting... .my ex is also BPD/NPD. People here tend to eventually drift toward parallel parenting because the boundaries are more clear.
How old are your kids? Have you been at this for a while, or just getting started?
And how are the kids doing?
Glad you found the site. People here really understand what you're dealing with and genuinely care.

Welcome gr8mom, I'm a stepmom to two boys with an uBPDmom, and this site (and the wonderful people here) have helped me help my DH and the boys. Parallel parenting is definitely the way to go. Ask us anything!
