I'm sorry you're on the brink of divorce. It's hard -- often a difficult decision to make, and a lot of suffering involved getting to this point.
A good starting point is downloading or ordering the book "Splitting: Divorcing a BPD or NPD Spouse" by Bill Eddy, co-written with Randi Kreger (author of Stop Walking on Eggshells). Eddy was a former social worker, who became a family law attorney. He began to recognize personality disorders in high-conflict divorces, so wrote a book helping people like us understand how PDs and family court work together. I also like this article about personality disorder and high-conflict divorces in family law court. Even though this article is written by lawyers for lawyers, it has a lot of advice that you will see on these boards:
