some advice

My BPD daughter 27, has again left a relationship, she already has a new boyfriend which she had before she even has left the last one. So once again she has no car, no place to live, no job, and is staying with a friend's mom with her two kids (3&6) I have a very small home with just two bedrooms. I am taking care of her dog and her bunny, she isn't having much to do with me because I made some judgement calls on her behavior, but what I'm wondering is what now? How does she get a job without a car and take  care of her children, I'm a widow with a ok income, but I can't afford to pay for these things she will need.  She never goes follows through anything so I'm nervous how this going to play out.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
