10 year old child

We have had struggles with our daughter since early on. I've read lots of books, trying to figure out what was going on and ruling out things. We have finally found a counselor who gets it! And we are just starting the process of getting help for all of us. I have younger children who are starting to imitate some of her emotional outbursts. This has added to the challenges.

Any thoughts or suggestions to share with someone(me) just starting this journey? Quick tips that were a big help to you?
