hi StraZiiN
. She has a borderline personality disorder, dealing with PDST and she's very very unstable.
People who suffer from this disorder have very intense emotions that come and go frequently. At the same time they believe the emotions of the moment are totally accurate and will last for ever. That's very hard for them to deal with and very hard for us also. Sometimes they have maladaptive coping traits that have developed over time that they use to deal with the huge emotional swings they experience. Does that make sense with what you are seeing? To us it often looks like I love you go away.
Should I no contact her for weeks and wait till she messages me? Most likely she won't from my experience, she might since she likes when I don't care at times. Or should I message her saying okay can we talk? I care for you tons and I always will, you're on my mind for your hurting etc send flowers to work.
The first thing you can do is learn all you can about the disorders your gf is dealing with. This is complex stuff and the more you know the better of you will be. I am going to include a link. When you are ready to read it just click on the green text.
The Symptoms and Diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder If you decide to message her you will want to keep it low key, just in case her emotions are in a heightened state. You want to keep the lines of communication open with out overwhelming her. You don't want to add any more fuel to the fire.
Come back and let us know how it's going okay?
