Hello everyone

Yesterday was a kick in the pants but well worth every minute. I spoke with my main sponsor, found out last week he was a licensed councelor years ago (my gosh how l love this man)

He explained the reason my exBPDgf is spreading visious rumors about me. CONTROL. That simple.

She cannot harm me in any other way and this is her way of keeping me upset and hooked.

Sponsor said I'm dealing with a 3 year old and she's irrational, and if I persist on trying to understand her irrational thinking it would kill me.

He said she feels better about herself if she knows I'm hurt.

Then I spoke to my good friend who's been there all my life watching me and praying and she said the same thing.

Then I spoke to another friend who knows my ex, same conversation, same conclusions, then my pastor who said the same thing.

Finally my councelor and I are working on codependency and we are reading the book together. I laughed so hard and I cannot express how important this codependency issue is for me and perhaps most of you as well. The truths in this book just make me laugh as if written specifically for me.

This book, author wrote this for ME, it is so powerful and filled with truth and hope I beg anyone here to give it a look.

It may be one of the most important keys to our healing.

As with everything in life we don't know how helpful anything can be until we find it. I was handed a codependency book years ago and I read it, believed it yet let it go. At that time I was completely fixated and obsessed (fog) and lost in desperation.

Codependency is trying to help those we love because we care and we just end up being controlled by them. I used to think I was controlling my exgf but I was only trying to give her solutions so she could be happy. She has not moved on from me or she would not use lies and manipulation to try to harm me.

They never change, but we can

Hope everyone has a wondeful day.
