Mirroring her cousin?

I'll start off by saying that we have been on a long term relationship seven years recently she decided she wanted to leave I'm hurt and upset she did this two years ago to and we have children together. She doesn't usually speak to her family because " they bring the worst out in her " when she started speaking to her cousin like usual she starts acting like her talking like her etc... Her cousin was on POF and recently left a relationship so I find out she is now on POF. Am I crazy or does she actually talk different and act differently?
