Hi,
Just lifting my head out of the quicksand of my own mess to mention a website that I thought some of us might find useful on here...
www.ambiguousloss.com.
It is authored by a notable professor and clinician from the University of Minnesota who is one of the increasing number of psychologists recognizing that issues like loss, grief, PTSD, and the like are far more complex than originally thought, and that "pigeonholing" situations into one-size-fits-all categories is often a less than helpful diagnostic activity.
I was especially thinking of the limbo that many of us seem to be in at the ending, or supposed ending, of their relationships. I'm struggling with this as well, and I think the notion of closure (or lack thereof) discussed on this website might be a comfort.
Hoping we all have a peaceful night, whatever form that takes for us... .
