Court order states as clear as could be, in very stright forward English, " we the parents are not to discuss any events or plans of any kind with the child that are happening on the other parents access time. Xw told s10 about an event happening today, my access day. I missed the greater part of the summer bc of how she so cunningly took her vacation time. I talked to s10 that we are having his bday cake with my family today, I changed my plans with s10 yesterday so he could go to a bday party, today Xw is pressuring s10 to go to her event on my access day. She even sent him a text saying he could go to her event first than to his bday party with me. As a parent I have the right to check s10's phone, I felt he was being pressured this morning, due to the amount of texts coming in and the question he was asking. I took a pic of the text. It clearly shows the date, time and that it was from mom. S10 has his mother on his phone as mom. It doesn't show her number.

Oh wow. That's frustrating. She does what she wants and just as she pleases. Damn the rules. Sounds like my UstbxPDw.
