best way to get started on this site

I have an adult daughter that I believe to have BPD, I am trying to figure out how to get started on this site. I am usually fairly tech savvy but I can't figure out how to write an intro post. Thanks  for the help

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
