Helplesslu waiting for another horrible phone call

Adult child with BPD and seriously dangerous behavior. Tired of feeling so completely helpless. She survived a brutal attack that almost killed her and a year later, I feel I am just waiting for another phone call

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Hello and welcome Aliign.  So sorry to hear you're feeling so helpless.  We understand.  You will find that many here either have or are going through similar circumstances as yourself... .you are not alone.  I found sharing to be very therapeutic, do you feel you could share some more detail about your situation?  That could give others a chance for some specific feedback.
How old is your daughter?
Has she been in therapy?  Diagnosed?
