custody/co-parenting issues with ex-husband

My divorce has just been finalized, but I am still facing problems with custody and visitation, and wondering how to co-parent with someone who is not interested in working together. While we were married he wanted things his way only, especially with the kids, otherwise he would get angry. It was too scary to challenge him, so I didn't. But now I am not in that place (emotionally) anymore, but now he uses threats of litigation to try and get his way, even with things that are already written down in a court order. I am worried about the emotional health of our 6 year old while he is with his dad. We went through a custody evaluation at the request of my ex, and the evaluator granted him custody half time. I am very worried about this.

What kind of problems are you facing with custody and visitation, despite the court order?
Are you seeing issues with your 6 year old when he comes back from his dad?
