After three months, the engineer delivered reports that did not provide any drawings, photos, data, or words that provided insight into the structural risk related to the removal of the structural wall.
We have used this engineer on four projects. Communications are poor. He is often vague. He blames his poor performance on client miscommunication.
He is diligent with billing and collecting and requires payment before delivery of work.
