My daughter (21) has been recently diagnosed with BPD. It makes so much sense and is nice to have some answers. But it’s also been overwhelming. We have a name for this thing that’s been stealing all the peace in our home but we still feel so far from anything being better. On really bad days, it feels helpless and impossible. Just looking for others going through similar situations.

Hi and welcome!
We understand,  and are here as a network for you.  Please look around this forum, learn more about BPD.  There are also suggested readings in the library here ( just names of books to read, it does not provide the books themselves).  Please reach out any time here.
