Married and surviving BPD/ADHD spouse

Hi everyone, just signed up. Really hard to find in person support group so I’m trying this out. I’ve been married for 10 years, we had a massive rupture about a year ago, and my husband went to therapy and was diagnosed with BPD. Since then, the past year has been a spiral of emotional abuse and feels extra hard because I have finally learned to have boundaries and not give in to the controlling behavior His reaction to me having boundaries is causing him to threaten me with divorce and taking the kids away from me. I’m a stay at home mom with two kids one of which is also has ADHD and emotional regulation problems. I feel like I’m sinking and have no one to talk to who is in a similar situation. Looking to connect with others who get this. Thanks!

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
