Dont know where to start. I was a member of the nook a long time ago.  I decided to stay because we had children.  They are now grown and doing well.  I dont think i can leave nor do i really want to i am so afraid of being alone and to make matters worse i love my wife.  I am sad and gutless.

Hi bird 70,

Welcome and hello  Smiling (click to insert in post)

I'm glad to hear your children are grown and doing well.

Being alone is hard, it is not something that many of us want to feel. And you love your wife, so it makes sense you want to learn ways to be more effective in your relationship.

You seem sad. Are you taking care of yourself in ways that put your needs somewhere near the top of the stack?

Maybe we can help you brainstorm small ways to make tiny changes that add up to feeling good. Even just getting there can lead to shifts in how we see things, I have found.

Glad you are here.
