I am looking for support, learn from others who are in similar situations. To this point, I have worked with my therapist, my adult daughter and the rehab she was in twice. She lives with me, my health is now a problem and it is hard for me to continue. I am finding it hard to tell her it is time for her to move, she has no job, no money and has troubling holding a job. Refuses to apply for SSI. I know I am no longer helping, in fact I feel that I am feeding her cycles.

I am looking not to simply kick her out, hoping there are other options. My health may dictate otherwise.

Finances are a problem, as I cannot afford to take care of her financially. Thank you for listening... .

Hello Oceanhues

Welcome to bpdfamily   I'm glad you found us, many parents are dealing with similar situations, you are not alone

I'm very sorry your health is suffering and understand you are seeking local options available for your DD to live independently and receive on going support.

Have you spoken to your Dr for advice, they may be able to help access support for your DD? I also wonder if you have local charities you can reach out to.

Looking forwards to hearing back from you.
