A Bit of Hope

Well, I've had a good day. I am working on divorcing emotionally from my H, and I've just now heard from H's therapist.
H, as I suspected, isn't interested in meeting with his T, but the T will meet with me. To get through this and stay as stable as possible, I need help, and his T is knowledgeable, and I trust him.
I am hoping he will meet with me and my coach to develop strategies to keep me calm and solid while my H kind of unravels.

Good idea! It's been valuable for me to do therapy with the psychologist who saw my husband and me in marriage counseling that I demanded he participate in for a year. It marginally helped with our communication, but overall, I didn't see much improvement.
What has been extremely helpful is doing individual counseling with her, afterwards. She sees the whole picture, knowing my husband, and is able to give me a lot of help, understanding his limitations.
I think you're onto a good plan.
