Carer to BPD daughter and Grandson with Autism

I am a Carer to my daughter who is 36 years old and is experiencing BPD, and her son ( my 7 years old grandson who was diagnosed Autistic.   Thank you

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
