my daughter of 21 years old has BPD.
i dont know how to help her?

Can you say a little more about what your daughter is like? What are some of the behaviors that you are most concerned about? That will help us understand better what skills might help.

Helping someone who suffers from severe emotional dysregulation is so hard. Do you have support from other family members?
