Our daughter is not only living at home after an abusive marriage but on yet another shoulder surgery which makes everything worse. i have ms and am exhausted from caring for her and the surgery is going to make it harder on me. Am I wrong to be mad about it.

Hello cosmos mama

Welcome to our community.   You are right and entitled to feel mad about it, you've done your very best, many of us are in situations like you, it's time to stand back, to detach with love, you are not alone.

My colleague has MS, she's just managing working with the commute and lots of self care. How do you self care, take your daughter out of the equation, what does self care look like for you ahead?
