Hello Everyone!
I just finished reading, "Stop Walking on Eggshells!" It was incredibly helpful.  Can you give me some suggestions on other books that help encourage the non-NPD?  Thank you!

Sorry you are going through this (as am I so I get it). I found:

The Emotionally Destructive Marriage

The Language of Letting Go

Men Who Can't Love (can replace "men" with a wife if need be says the author)

books by Steven Stosny

Good luck. Godspeed. Take care of you!

Thank you for the suggestions!  I want to focus on getting me healthy.  I've always been the caregiver... .enabler... .walking in Fear Obligation and Guilt.  I have adrenal fatigue - and for the first time and understanding why.  I saw the book Stop Caretaking the BPD- so looks like that'll be next in line!  Any other books that remind me that I'm not selfish for getting myself help and creating boundaries- would be helpful!  Thank you!
